Our boxes, also known as folding cartons, are made with virgin paperboard of varying thicknesses and sheens.  We offer full color magazine quality print using digital and traditional printing presses. 

 

We do all the finishing in house. From die cutting to folding & gluing.  The pre-folded cartons are then shipped directly to your warehouse or fulfillment center for packing.

PAPERBOARD

Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS)

A premium grade, brilliant white SBS has a clay-coated surface for high-quality printing and a top ply of bleached virgin hardwood fibers for smoothness.

Common Calipers (Thicknesses)

  • 16pt (0.016") - pencil box thickness

  • 18pt (0.018") - playing card thickness

  • 24pt (0.024") - credit card thickness

COATINGS & FINISHES

Coatings and finishes are applied to protect and  and give the box a certain look and feel.
